For Curtis Key Plumbing Contractors, customer satisfaction has always been a key element of business strategy. Not only do we make sure that our customers expectations are met, we make sure that we surpass them. From day one, we have believed in “Doing the right thing” by our customers, even on the smallest jobs. We uphold the highest level of integrity, commitment and customer service. We make sure our customers can reach us in their time of need with our 24/7 emergency service. During 8-5 customers are able to speak directly to our service department. After 5pm customers will reach our after hours call center where calls are dispatched to our service techs. We warranty all of our work for one year. Thereon, we will be happy to assist our customers with filing warranty claims on their replacement parts. *hourly service charge does apply. SAFETY We take enhanced safety measures to ensure the safest work conditions possible for our employees. We conduct safety “tool box” meetings weekly and work with an outside company to constantly improve our safety program. ZERO-TOLERANCE A survey by the federal government showed that full-time employees who admitted to being current illicit drug and alcohol users held jobs in the construction industry. We have a zero-tolerance for the use of drugs and the abuse of alcohol not only in the workplace but in their home lives as well. We find that employees who abuse alcohol and other drugs bring their problems to work with them which results in an alarming number of accidents and injuries. That’s why we do not tolerate the use of drugs and the abuse of alcohol.
